Get to the point
How we do it?
Well, in order to take photos and write to sell your lodging and the destination as well, we need to spend a few days there before getting to work.
Therefore, for this exchange we will always ask you for a minimum of seven days in your place, paying for one day to be able to write a good review for you.
Week and a half to be able to experience your destination, the places that make it special, the life of the people there —we’re going to talk about our philosophy later— and the benefits of the place where we’re going to sleep in.

When, in the middle of their staying, Cristina and Joan suggested that they’d return in exchange for having my own website and depending less on Airbnb, I didn’t hesitate. Where does all this come from?
At the beginning of 2023 we took a trip through the Americas.
We landed in Oaxaca, Mexico, where we spent three weeks living in the capital and a small seaside town, Mazunte.
Then life took us to Costa Rica, where we experienced Tico life in the South Caribbean: Cahuita, Playa Cocles and Manzanillo for a month and a half.
We are not rich, so we paid every euro/dollar/peso/colón for the lodgings we stayed in.
We were looking for places to stay in Booking and Airbnb.
In order to save money, we contacted some of them before booking and told them to reserve directly, off the platform.
As we saw that saving money on commissions and ensuring direct bookings generated interest, we decided to take advantage of our work to create this exchange.

From Valencia, capital of Turia, Spain. Although he is an engineer, he likes letters more, which is why he works as a copywriter on tourism websites. ABOUT YOUR LODGING
What do we need?
We don’t care if you have a hotel in the city or in the countryside, an apartment on the beach, a small house in the mountains or a hostel. Anything is welcome.
The only thing we need from you is that you accept the exchange we offer, which will depend on the type of place you have and where its at. And that you host us, of course, the digital world is cool… but the real world is even better 🙃
About the future website for your lodging, but more detailed.
It’ll have this:
- Domain and hosting
- Landing page or with a more elaborated web architecture
- SEO writing, so that it positions itself through Search Engine Optimization and gets leads through the copy
- SEO on page with optimized keywords
- Unique pictures
- Multi-language website: English and Spanish
- Automated booking or contact system

It will depend on the type of lodging you have, and its location. Send us a message and we will make a proposal, although it will surely part from 7 days, paying 1 to be able to leave a good review where you need it.
The website that we create for you will be self-sufficient, so you don’t have to do anything at all. It will be a one page or something more elaborate, depending on your lodging. Translated in English and Spanish. We will install a booking engine so that you receive reservations automatically, or we will put up a form for people to make requests. We will discuss everything before starting.
Your website will need to be inside a hosting service (space in the cloud) and have a domain. We will pay for both during the first year, free of charge.
After that, if you like the website and want to keep it, the hosting will cost €10 per month (or €100 per year), or you can take the page to another hosting if you want. The domain will be free if you stay with us 😊

Evidently, we don’t generate income from this. We need money to buy food and have a good time, so we get that income with our regular jobs, where we offer our copywriting and design services.
